• Was integral to a 20% revenue increase in 2017 as director of social media. Built the brand's social media presence from the ground up and implemented a widely successful customer service strategy via Twitter. Increased Twitter followers from 150 to 100,000+ and Instagram followers from 200 to 14,000+.

The Advocate Magazine

• Writes an award-winning digital monthly column for gay and bi men in the longest-running and most historic LGBT news source in the United States. The column continues to generate the highest-trafficked content on the site (entrances and analytics can be provided). 

• Produces thought-provoking, educational, sex-positive pieces and op-eds that have led to numerous video and radio invites — most notably Dan Savage’s "Savage Lovecast" in 2018.

• Completed an expansive onpage optimization project spanning all Here Media digital brands including The Advocate and Out Magazine, maximizing search rankings and generating one of the company’s best traffic years on record.

• Managed all social media accounts for Savannah, Georgia's first and oldest LGBTQ+ advocacy organization. Co-organized various community outreach programs and fundraising events. 

• Managed volunteers and assisted guests at our annual Pride In in the Park event. Led cleanup/takedown crews.

• Generated 10% increase in page clicks for luxury car dealerships in the greater Chicago area with SEO-focused blog posts covering automotive news, industry trends and insights, and model previews.
